Harley Davidson Brought Exciting Line Ups of Livewire, cruisers and more to 2019 Progressive International Motorcycle Shows Long Beach
Harley Davidson press conference excerpt:"Our first electric motorcycle the Livewire started shipping off to our dealers in September. Just super exhilarating to be here in this moment to have these motorcycles here for our customers to be able to try. We have them out side for test ride we also have them inside here the show for customers to sit on and feel that throttle. Livewire, some of the statistics that you've probably heard but the Highlight 0 to 60 in 3 seconds, are first electric motorcycle. This is a performance Cruiser ... that's very long beach Southern California Coastal styling with the addition of some heritage from FXR motorcycle of years past but what it brings and what we saw from customers were buying that bike a couple years ago they really enjoy the perfect performance aspects of it so that bike has the Milwaukee eight 114 engine some really great braking and suspension components as well so again that that bikes outside to test ride or if not please let us know we'd love to get you on that one as well..
We for the roadside customer would like that frame mounted fairing it. We gave it the upper echelon so we now have what we call a Road Glide limited so it has all the bells and whistles for them they're some of the customers who put the most miles on those bikes so really excited to offer that model for them.
